Everything is Figureoutable

For the last several weeks, a group of ladies and I have been participating in a virtual book club that is focusing on Marie Forleo's book, Everything is Figureoutable. With everything being locked down and so many of us missing connection, it seemed like the perfect time to create this virtual space to come together and figure out our new normal together as a group.
This Sunday is the last week that we are meeting for this book (don't worry - we'll be announcing next month's book later this week), and I am so amazed by the breakthroughs these women have made in 3 short weeks. We have been breaking down old stories, working on our negative self talk, and creating new routines that serve us and our dreams.
Here are just a few of the breakthroughs we have been celebrating in our book club:
I am smart enough to figure out how to be a homeowner.
I can find two hours in a day to help me get closer to my goals.
I do have time to read for pleasure. I have been reading a chapter a day since the new year, and I have read 7 books already this year.
I do know how to decorate my house to make it a beautiful space.
I don't need to be perfect to try something new. I am going to start doing more things imperfectly.
I can honor my body and find 30 minutes a day to move and to feel better.
I am beginning to trust myself, and it is so freeing.
This has truly been such a wonderful experience to share in and to be apart of over the past month. A huge part of me has been missing our in-person connections and events, and having this to look forward to each Sunday evening has been a great gift through these current times. If you have been trying to figure out "what's next?," I strongly encourage you to pick up a copy of Marie's book, Everything is Figureoutable. As April's book club has learned over the past three weeks, you can solve any problem you have if a) its important enough and b) you take micro-actions each day to get closer to the solution.
