This week's #wingwoman is a familiar face in the In Her Circle community - everyone meet Ashley Czypionka! If you have ever been to one of our fabulous bracelet making events, you have definitely encountered Ashley's contagious smile and personality. She is the creator of EarthStone Bracelets, where you can find or customize your perfect wrist candy. In our interview, Ashley shares how it's important to focus on the joy in all that you do, how she would tell her younger self not to sweat the small stuff, and how her guilty pleasure is anything Bachelor/Bachelorette related. Continue reading to learn all about Ashley!

1. What makes you happy?

Surrounding myself with friends, and going to the mountains are what make me most happy!!! You can find me in the mountains in any season! And of course, making bracelets for people makes me very happy and is so much fun to do when I don’t have enough time to go to the mountains!

2. What advice would you give your younger self?

Be yourself and don’t stress so much! I find even now, I stress a lot about what I have to do, and what I should be doing, rather than just enjoying my free time. I try to occupy all of my time with something, whether it be work, school, Earthstonebracelets - rather than just enjoying my time and having fun!

3. If you could magically solve one problem in the world, what would that be?

I would definitely want to solve homelessness. Especially during these Covid times and how easy it can be to get there, I would solve it in a heartbeat if I could.

4. How did you find your purpose?

I definitely think I’m always going to be finding it, but I find it in what I love to do! I love to spend my time in the mountains doing various activities like mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and then I also find it through my day job, and my bracelet making. All of these things bring me so much joy!

5. What is your biggest pain point in building relationships?

I think my biggest pain point in building relationships is overthinking. I overthink everything, which makes it harder to truly be myself with people!

6. What have you learned from past friendships that didn't work out?

I have learnt that not all friendships are meant to last a life time and that is okay! In the past I would put way too much effort into friendships that deep down I knew weren’t going to, and meant to last. I think it’s more important to put your energy into the friendships that bring you the most joy. I always tell myself what’s meant to be will be! The friends who are meant to be in my life will!

7. Who are your SHEros (AKA female heroes)?

The first people who come to my mind when I think of my SHEros are my mom, sister and all the women in my life. They are all so incredibly driven, strong and independent and I look up to that so much!

8. What podcasts/books are you listening/reading right now?

A book that I just finished reading (finally) was a girl on the train. I love thrillers so much, so this one was so much fun to read and I never wanted to put it down.

I tend to listen to a variety of podcasts based on who’s being interviewed. BUT I am a sucker for the bachelor/bachelorette so I Iisten to a lot of those podcasts, and podcasts where the leads are being interviewed!

9. Where can we find you?

You can find my bracelets at Earthstonebracelets on Instagram, Facebook and Etsy!!
